Perfect this Indian staple using my carefully created Dhal curry kit.  Its cheap and a great source of protein, so great for vegetarians.  Great for children, and really simple to prepare, you'll be creating authentic dhal before you know it!

You'll also need:

  • Water
  • Salt
  • Fresh Chillies
  • Ghee
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh ginger
  • Fresh coriander

Ingredients:

  • Bay leaves
  • Cumin seeds
  • Dried fenugreek leaves
  • Dried Kashmiri red chillies
  • Garam masala
  • Red Lentils
  • Turmeric
