Cookery Class Vouchers

Should you prefer to run a private class, these can be organised on a individual basis.  Just drop me an email to discuss in more detail.

A typical day class will begin with tea or coffee and an introduction to me, the session and the dishes. Each class is a hands on experience where you do all the cooking in an informal setting under my guidance so you have the opportunity to ask all your curry questions. 

We will sit and enjoy a relaxing lunch together made up of all the dishes you have cooked that morning including a well deserved glass of wine.  After lunch I will take you on a detailed tour of the Indian spice tin in my Spice Masterclass where you have an open forum to talk about spices and how to use them.

The day is finished with a cookery demonstration from myself and creating a lovely little pudding for you to enjoy and we finish the session. 

You will leave with a printed booklet of the recipes, the dishes you have cooked as well as a Hari Ghotra Curry Kit.
